Chris Stapleton: “Grateful” that all the Stars Aligned on ‘Traveller’
FOX’s Ashley Dvorkin talks with country star Chris Stapleton about the success of his first album.

Country singer-songwriter Chris Stapleton had tremendous success with his debut album ‘Traveller.’ With so much success with the debut, I asked does it give him extra confidence:
(Stapleton) “No it’s probably terrifying (laughs. You know we try not to think about that too much and we just try to distill the process back down to let’s just get back to music and do what we do and see what comes out the other end.”
When it comes to what he learned from the whirlwind of having his first collection embraced in such a big way:
(Stapleton) “We all feel very fortunate and very lucky to have all the stars and everything line up to be the right time for people to want whatever it is we’re doing. If that could happen it would be great. If not we’re going to keep on playing music like we always do.”
