Mother Files Lawsuit Against Hatchimals Toymaker
There’s a class action lawsuit over one of the most popular toys of the holiday season.

Claiming this must-have holiday toy wasn’t all it was cracked up to be:
(Hatchimals) “Hatchimals, the magic is in you to bring your Hatchimal to life… Guys it’s hatching.”
Bakersfield, California mom Jodie Hejduk says her child’s Hatchimal never came out of its plastic egg and is still:
(Hatchimals) “What’s gonna be inside?”
And Hedjuk suspects millions of other kids were also disappointed so she’s filed a class action lawsuit against the manufacturer, Spinmaster. Calling the product half-baked, her lawyer says Hatchimals exceptionally high failure rate.
The toymaker insisting it provided troubleshooting support and immediate replacements to complaining customers.
