RNC Wants to Pull the Plug on Funding Trump’s Campaign
A group of Republicans is calling on RNC Chair Reince Priebus to take funding away from the Trump campaign and give it to Congressional races.
FOX’s Rachel Sutherland reports from Washington:
More than 70 Republicans have signed the draft letter, to be sent next week, saying they’re concerned the party nominee is hurting down-ballot candidates.
Trump doesn’t sound worried about the letter:
(Trump) ”If it is true that’s okay too because all I’ve have to do it stop funding the Republican party.”
For the first time, Trump is acknowledging he may not win the White House, telling C-NBC if he doesn’t, he’s going to be taking a nice long vacation.
