Florida Man Goes on Flamingo Rampage at Busch Gardens

    A Florida man is accused of attacking flamingos at a theme park.

    FOX’s Tom Graham has details:

    Witnesses reacting with shock as a man reaches into the flamingo pen at Busch Gardens in Tampa and attacks several birds, including one in particular:

    (Woman) “Screaming I got one, I got another one. And then just slammed it down to the ground.”

    The flamingo was named “Pinky.” This little boy tearing up upon seeing attack:

    (Boy) “I was like running as fast as I can to help him.”

    But, park veterinarians say Pinky’s injuries were too severe and the 19-year-old bird died.

    Joseph Anthony Corrao of Orlando is now charged with felony animal cruelty and could get five years in prison.
