Evening Edition: Russian Opposition Leader Alexei Navalny Dies In Prison

Alexei Navalny, Vladimir Putin’s fiercest opponent and one with a large following, has died in a Russian prison. While serving his nineteen year prison sentence, Navalny was transferred to a penal colony near the Arctic circle which was considered one of the Kremlin’s toughest prison’s. Western leaders are condemning the death and placing blame on Putin and his brutal regime.
