Host of the “Kennedy Saves The World” podcast Kennedy joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to share her thoughts on comedian Jo Koy’s performance as host of the Golden Globes on Sunday night.

“I was watching that, and I was so uncomfortable. So the Daily Mail asked if I would watch it and write about it, and I was like, sure. But I was so bored after five minutes. And then I felt like this, empathetic disgust, like this bile rising in my throat watching this guy just fail utterly because he had this big smile on his face. He wanted to be liked and accepted by everyone in the room. But his directive is you have to make fun of these people. Ricky Gervais set a really high bar. Like you have to mess with people or you have failed. And Sasha Baron Cohen actually did a pretty good job when he hosted the Globes in the Ricky Gervais kind of interim period. But this guy wanted to be liked so badly it’s zapped his confidence. And they could smell blood in the water. And then they all had permission to not laugh because they could feel him bombing.”

Kennedy and Jimmy also talk about the comedy tour they embarked on in 2023. To hear what else she had to say, listen to the podcast!
