Florida Republican Congressman Byron Donalds joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to explain why he does not believe the Biden administration is projecting strength on the world stage right now, something he says our enemies are clearly taking notice of.
“Joe Biden goes over to Israel and these other nations tell him, hey man, I know we were supposed to meet, but nah, I don’t want to meet no more. I’ll see you later. Don’t call me. We’ll call you. That’s the message they’re giving Joe Biden. And it’s so disrespectful and it’s terrible that we’re in this position. But this is where strength in leadership really matters.”
Rep. Donalds also tells Jimmy why House Republicans are pushing for a stand-alone bill to provide aid to Israel.
“It’s not going to be thrown in with a bunch of other stuff. We are going to pay for that. We’re not just going to go borrow the money because, you know, this is the business side of this interview, Janet Yellen is having a hard time borrowing funds in the open market for the United States government. It’s becoming very expensive. So in Congress, you know, these supplemental items that the president may want to do, we’re going to pay for those. We’re not going to allow them to keep all of their Green New Deal stuff that they did to the tune of $1,000,000,000,000, and then go borrow money to help our allies, Israel. We’re not going to do that.”
