Co-founder and CEO of The Federalist Sean Davis joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to give his take on the latest controversy surrounding ABC late-night host Jimmy Kimmel, and whether he believes the comedian deserves to have his show taken off the air over his rhetoric.
“I don’t think we should be canceling people. At the same time however, ABC, NBC, CBS, these are not just privately owned entertainment companies. They have a monopoly on the public airwaves spread out through all their affiliates and syndicates in the country and they have something that’s very rare and it’s the ability to broadcast over the air to the whole country and with that comes certain rules and certain responsibilities. And what Kimmel did after the Charlie Kirk shooting I truly believe he should have been yanked off air after that. not by the government but by the own morons who run ABC News you cannot possibly in the environment we are in now allow someone to do that on your airways which are owned by the public, which you have a monopoly over, and have a guy go and lie about a murder because we know deep down he really just wants more of them. That’s what’s actually going on. So when he says that Melania has the glow of expectant widow, okay, he is fantasizing. That’s was Jimmy Kimmel was doing. And when the left talks about stochastic terrorism, you know, for a Republican says Barack Obama sucks, it means we’re trying to get him killed. They’re confessing. They’re are confessing to what they’re doing. And that’s exactly what Jimmy Kimmell was doing It’s disgusting.”
