Abby is joined by former Commander of the United States Marshals Fugitive Task Force Lenny DePaul for a lesson about manhunts and how they’re conducted!
Lenny gives a brief history of the origins of the U.S. Marshals Service and provides an overview of their jurisdictions when it comes to their role during manhunts. He explains how law enforcement must adopt the mind of a fugitive to anticipate their next move. Later, Lenny shares memorable stories from his days working with the Marshals Service.
