Women’s basketball star Brittney Griner was freed from a Russian prison after the Biden Administration made a trade swapping her for jailed arms dealer Viktor Bout. While the release of Griner is being celebrated by many, others have questioned why a former Marine being held prisoner was not also part of the deal.
