Chadwick Moore: Why We Should Care About The Consequences Of Biden’s Equity Agenda
Journalist and Contributing Editor at The Spectator Chadwick Moore joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to shed light on how diversity and inclusion training in the workplace has evolved since President Biden took office nearly two years ago.
“I was so fascinated with diversity and inclusion training, now it’s diversity, equity inclusion training. That was changed basically the moment Biden won the presidency. Diversity departments across the country became DEI departments because the Biden administration said that they wanted equity to be a big part of their agenda. So I wondered what this was about. And in the summer of George Floyd, it really got ramped up into workplaces. So we’re familiar with this sort of stuff in college campuses and whatever. But I wanted to talk to people from all walks of life about what their DEI experience was on the job. So I talked to guys who worked on oil rigs. I talked to retail floor workers, police officers, secretaries. And, I just found that this whole culture is equal parts ridiculous and sinister. So, you know, I try to have a lot of fun with it and laugh at that stuff. But also there’s something very twisted and evil that’s really been escalated in recent years.”
Chadwick explores this topic in his upcoming book, So You’ve Been Sent To Diversity Training. To hear what else he had to say, listen to the podcast!
