War On Ukraine: Russia Launches Missiles At Port City A Day After Grain Deal

Just a day after signing a deal that would allow millions of tons of grain to leave Ukraine and advert a global food crisis, Russia launches a missile strike on the port city of Odesa. Still, a U.N. spokesperson said the first ships to export Ukraine grain may begin moving out ports within a few days. FOX’s Eben Brown speaks with Dr. Matthew Schmidt, Russia expert and Associate Professor at the University of New Haven, about the grain deal and whether or not the world can trust it.
