The Supreme Court ended its term on Thursday after issuing two final rulings. In Biden v. Texas, the Court ruled that the Biden administration could end the Trump-era “Remain in Mexico” policy while the decision in West Virginia v. EPA limited the Environmental Protection Agency’s authority to regulate carbon dioxide emissions from power plants.
