What Is Mindfulness?
This week, one of the two founders of Power Yoga, Bryan Kest joins Abby in the classroom to help with explaining the concept and practice of “Mindfulness.”
Bryan helps explain the definition of mindfulness, the development of muscle focus, and the benefits of meditation. Later, Bryan and Abby discuss plans and processes for people just beginning to start practicing mindfulness
