Judge Andrew Napolitano: Obama Could Tell Joe To Step Aside For Cuomo “In The Near Future”

On FOX Across America with Jimmy Failla, Fox News Senior Judicial Analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano reacted to the news of Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) dropping out of the race for President and how this will effect Joe Biden’s campaign.

“A lot of people think that the President Obama should sit down with Joe and say your time has come and gone and Andrew is the one and I believe that conversation will be had in the near future. I think he would do it with a team of people with him by demonstrating the high probability of Andrew defeating the President, and the slim probability of Joe doing so.”
