"We're Momming Today" with fitness expert Julie Voris.  Her message: make time (don't find time) to work out; then let your fitness goals bleed into the rest of your life.  Julie is a mother to three girls and makes a living teaching inspirational studio and virtual fitness classes. She says if you want your kids to be active and eat healthy, let them see you going to the gym and keeping your fingers out of the cookie jar.
