Judge Napolitano may not agree with President Trump’s accusation that the Mueller investigation is a “witch hunt”, but the Fox News senior judicial analyst does agree that it’s broad scope could expose financial crimes from the former mogul’s past.
On Monday’s show, The Judge said Mueller may find proof the real estate titan laundered money or committed other illegal acts before he took office, however that may not necessarily end his Trump’s presidency.
However, if the Mueller probe finds proof he committed obstruction of justice, he and other legal scholars believe that could lead to Trump’s impeachment.
