The shooting in Las Vegas may have you questioning a lot of things about our security, our government and our country … but what about your faith?
While mass shootings seem to be more common these days, what Americans saw at the Route 91 Harvest Festival Sunday night still came as a shock. It has many wondering why someone would put so much thought and effort in to killing dozens of innocent people.
As we learn more about the killer and what he did, it’s no wonder President Trump described it as an “act of pure evil”.
On Monday’s show, Tom Shillue asked if the horror in Vegas, the worst mass shooting in U.S. history, had you questioning your faith in God.
Eric Metaxas, an evangelical speaker and author or Martin Luther: The Man Who Rediscovered God and Changed the World, sat down with Tom to discuss how faith is tested during times like these and why he never questions his belief in God.
“Like one plus one equals two,” Metaxas said, “I always know there’s a God.”
