An investigation getting underway by U.C. Berkeley after a video shows an officer confiscating money from a hot dog vender, who was allegedly operating without a permit outside a football game on campus.
Martin Flores says he was buying hot dogs when U.C. Berkeley police interrupted, ticketing the vender Flores heard on the video he shot.
One the officers seen taking the money as evidence. Martin has since started a GoFundMe campaign for the vender which has pulled in more than $50,000 as of Tuesday.
