A film surrounding the plane crash that killed two members of Lynyrd Skynyrd has been cancelled.

FOX’s Jacquelyn Karl with details:

The production of a Bio-pic called “Street Survivors: The True Story of the Lynyrd Skynyrd Plane Crash” about the life of the band’s former drummer Artimus Pyle has been shut down by a judge because it’s in violation of a consent order Pyle and his fellow bandmates signed in 1988, according to Rolling Stone.

There was also reportedly a “blood oath” made not to exploit the band’s name and history. The agreement stipulated there can be no use of the band’s name or┬áthat of singer Ronnie Van Zant and guitarist Steve Gaines who died in a plane crash in 1977.
