President Trump-Mitch McConnell Relationship on the Rocks?

The President is reportedly feuding with a powerful Republican on Capitol Hill.

FOX’s Rachel Sutherland reports from Washington:

President Trump and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell aren’t speaking to one another, according to the New York Times, which reports a recent phone conversation devolved into a shouting match.

The frosty relationship could put a chill on the budget appropriations process this fall. The President has asked for a large down-payment on the southern border wall.

Last night at a rally in Arizona he issued an ultimatum:

(President Trump) “Believe me, if we have to close down our government we will build that wall.”

The “Times” reports McConnell has quietly expressed concerns over President Trump’s future in the White House.
