Extremely sad to hear that Glen Campbell has passed away. My prayers and thoughts go out to him and his family.

Jake Owen posted his own version of his favorite Campbell song. Campbell’s daughter Ashley posting a picture of her holding her fathers hand on Instagram, writing, “Heartbroken. I owe him everything I am, and everything I ever will be.”
Campbell announced he had Alzheimer’s in June 2011. In addition to “Wichita Lineman” and “By the Time I Get to Phoenix,” he had hits with “Galveston,” “Rhinestone Cowboy” and Allen Toussaint’s “Southern Nights.”
