Taylor Swift Set to Appear in Court in Case against Ex-DJ

Taylor Swift steps into a courtroom this week.

FOX’s Michelle Pollino reports:

Perspective jurors had to get past a 15-page document that included questions about whether they were fans of Taylor Swift or if they had ever been inappropriately touched. Swift and an ex Denver radio disco jockey are at the center of a civil trial and they both are spearheading lawsuits against one another.

The DJ, David Mueller, is accused of groping the singer during a back-stage visit at a concert in 2013. He’s suing for $3 million, saying he was canned from his radio job unfairly. Swift is counter-suing, asking for $1 and seeking a ruling that holds Mueller responsible.
