Toward the end of The Tom Shillue Show on Monday, Tom Shillue’s old friend and former comedy partner Jim Gaffigan called in to congratulate him on his first show.
Tom asked Jim about his latest “controversial” comedy bit. Recently, Jim did a segment on CBS Sunday Morning in which he talked about massages and why it’s weird to get them. This segment upset the Masseuses of America. Jim jokingly compared them to serial killers because they rub strangers for money. As he pointed out, the bit was all in good fun. However, Jim still received some angry tweets.
Jim and Tom talked about other controversial things that Jim has said in the past, including when he once stated that men don’t care when women get their nails done.
