President Trump Goes After North Korea’s Leader
President Trump is reacting to what North Korea calls the launch of an inter-continental ballistic missile.
FOX’s Jon Decker at the White House has more:
The President has been briefed on the latest report of a North Korean ballistic missile launch, which Pyongyang claims was the successful testing of its first intercontinental ballistic missile.
Referring to North Korean Leader Kim Jung Un, the President on Twitter wrote, “Does this guy have anything better to do with his life?”
The U.S. Pacific Command detected and tracked what it determined to be the single launch of a land-based, intermediate range ballistic missile.
Such missiles can travel nearly 3,500 miles, meaning U.S. forces on the island of Guam would be in their range.
NORAD assessed that the missile launch did not pose a threat to North America.
