Kathy Griffin apologizing for a picture she took with a head resembling President Trump.
FOX's Carley Shimkus has more:
Kathy Griffin facing major blow-back for posing with a mock "decapitated" head that resembles President Trump.
People on both sides of the political aisle condemning the image and now the comedian is admitting she went too far:
(Griffin) "I sincerely apologize. I'm just now seeing the reaction of these images."
The President has responded on Twitter:
Kathy Griffin should be ashamed of herself. My children, especially my 11 year old son, Barron, are having a hard time with this. Sick!
