President Trump in a commencement address at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, made a clear reference to the swirling controversies hanging over the White House, urging graduates to hang tough:

(President Trump) “Adversity makes you stronger. Don’t give in, don’t back down and never stop doing what you know is right.”

The President also spoke of the media coverage of his young presidency, making the case that no politician in history has been treated worse or more unfairly.
