The Art of the Trade Deal: NAFTA Being Renegotiated
The trade deal President Trump has called the worst ever is going to get a makeover.

The President on the campaign trail called the North American Free Trade Agreement “a disaster.” Now, a word from the President that he has agreed to a request from the leaders of Canada and Mexico not to withdraw immediately from NAFTA.
But he warned this morning on Twitter: “that if we do not reach a fair deal for all, we will then terminate the trade deal.”
The deal requires Canada and Mexico be given six months’ notice if the U.S. pulls out. Since the start of NAFTA, trade with Canada and Mexico has nearly quadrupled to $1.3 trillion.
