The Long Wait is Over for Judge Neil Gorsuch

    President Trump’s Supreme Court nominee has won confirmation.

    FOX’s Rachel Sutherland reports from Washington:

    Vice President Mike Pence presided over the highly-anticipated confirmation vote in the Senate:

    (Vice President Pence) “The nomination of Neil M. Gorsuch of Colorado, to be an associate justice of the Supreme Court of the United States is confirmed.”

    The vote was 54-to-45. All Republicans present voted yes. They were joined by three Democrats. Senators Heidi Heitkamp, Joe Manchin and Joe Donnelly.

    The 49-year-old Judge Gorsuch will be sworn in by Chief Justice John Roberts during a private ceremony on Monday at the Supreme Court with a public event later at the White House.
