FOX's Simon Owen reports from the European bureau:

Ahead of a meeting with President Trump on Thursday, Ireland's Prime Minister saying he plans to raise the subject of Irish illegal immigrants in the United States.

Enda Kenny saying he understands that immigration reform is a sensitive issue, but that America would benefit from a system that addresses the needs of what he calls the undocumented Irish. In a speech he talked about hard-working taxpayers who've been living in the shadows, but want to remain and continue contributing to society.

It's estimated around 50,000 Irish people are living in the U.S. illegally.
