One Boyfriend’s A+ Proposal
A magical moment for a school principal when students help her boyfriend pop the question.
FOX’s Krystin Goodwin has the details:
A pep rally turned proposal going viral. Mandy Vasek is the principal of Castleman Creek Elementary in Hewitt, Texas.
She thought she was going to a school assembly last week. But her boyfriend Russ had something else in store. He dressed up as the school mascot, what looks like a wildcat.
Over 700 students and teachers in the school’s gym helped Russ pop the question. Cheerleaders were rehearsing school cheers. Then all of a sudden they began chanting a new cheer.
One Mandy hadn’t heard before:
(Cheerleaders) Mandy! Marry! Me!
Russ reveals himself and gets down on one knee…
She says yes! The school proposal was shared on Facebook.
