Travis Tritt Asks Meryl Streep & Other Entertainers to Stick to their Craft

Hank Williams Jr. is planning a long stretch of concerts throughout 2017 and shared his first set of dates
with his first stop Feb. 3 in West Wendover, Nev. A press release reports that the artist will concentrate on medium and large-scale venues this year.
And Travis Tritt‘s known for always speaking his mind, took to Twitter in response to Meryl Streep’s speech concerning incoming President Donald Trump at the Golden Globes, writing:
Advice to all actors, musicians and entertainers: Please stick to your crafts that we all love you for and drop the political rhetoric.

As expected it began a thread where some agreed others didn’t.
This summer, the Country Music Hall of Fame is planning two special exhibits one featuring Shania Twain and the other Jason Aldean. And country duo Big & Rich and country rapper Cowboy Troy have been announced as performers for the pre inaugural ball The Great America Alliance Inaugural Gala is set for January 19 in Washington, D.C.
