The fight over ObamaCare is on with the outgoing and incoming administrations leading the charge.
FOX's Jared Halpern has more from Capitol Hill:
Both President Obama and Vice President-elect Mike Pence spent their morning here, making their cases on the future of the Affordable Care Act:
(Vice President-elect Pence) "We're gonna repeal ObamaCare and replace with solutions that lower the costs of health insurance without growing the size of government."
The Vice President-elect promises an orderly transition from the current health care law to a Republican replacement, some House Republicans say legislation could be ready by this summer.
Easier said than done, warns Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer:
(Schumer) "What they would do is throw the entire insurance marketplace into chaos."
And Schumer doubts any Republican replacement plan can win a majority of GOP votes.
