All Signs Point Towards Rex Tillerson as Sec. of State

President-elect Donald Trump is reportedly set to name an oil executive as his Secretary of State.

FOX’s Rachel Sutherland reports from Washington:

FOX News has learned from two transition sources that the President-elect has made a decision on Secretary of State, and that he will nominate Exxon CEO Rex Tillerson.

Mr. Trump was not ready to break the news on “FOX News Sunday”, but he did praise Tillerson:

(President-elect Trump) “He’s much more than a business executive. I mean he’s a world class player.”

Republican Senator John McCain expressed reservations about Tillerson on CBS “Face the Nation”:

(McCain) “It’s a matter of concern to me that he has such a close personal relationship with Vladimir Putin.”

An announcement on Secretary of State is expected sometime over the next few days.
