Former Lakers All-Star Kobe Bryant officially hung up his jersey this past season. Bryant, who is one of most polarizing figures that the NBA will ever see, hasn't written his autobiography just yet, but best-selling author Roland Lazenby has one of the first books out post-retirement about the five-time NBA champion.
Lazenby wrote the acclaimed best-selling biographies "Michael Jordan: The Life" and "Jerry West: The Life and Legend of a Basketball Icon" prior to tackling his latest, "SHOWBOAT: The Life of Kobe Bryant", which dives into Bryant's career on and off the court, from passing Michael Jordan on the all-time scorers list to scoring 81 points in a game.
