Kids Prefer Clinton as President Over Trump
They can’t vote yet, but if kids could, who do they think should be President.
FOX’s Dave Anthony reports:
Donald Trump likes kids at his rallies:
(Trump) “You want to come up and see me?”
That was Monday night in Wisconsin, a week after a little Pennsylvania boy became a famous mini Trump:
(Trump) “Do you want to go back to them or do you want to stay with Donald Trump?”
(Kid) “Trump.”
But a lot of other children prefer Hillary Clinton. A Scholastic 2016 student vote has her winning big:
(Clinton) “I’ve heard from lots of teachers and parents about some of their concerns about some of the things are being said and done in this campaign.”
Clinton got 52 percent of the vote. Trump only got 35.
Scholastic admits it’s not a scientific poll of 150,000 school kids nationwide, Kindergarten through 12th grade, but since 1940, it’s mirrored the election results all but twice. (1948 and 1960)
