Clinton Ad Links Trump to White Supremacists

Hillary Clinton is linking white supremacists to Donald Trump’s campaign in a new web video.

FOX’s Jared Halpern has more from Washington:

A 60 second video posted on Hillary Clinton’s campaign social media, opens with an image of a man in a white Ku Klux Klan robe, identified as an imperial wizard:

(KKK Member) “The reason a lot of Klan members like Donald Trump is because a lot of what he believes we believe in.”

And quotes David Duke and other white supremacists voicing support for the Republican nominee, ending with text that reads, “If Trump wins, they could be running the country.”

Trump’s campaign was quick to put out a statement, calling the horrific racial images a disgusting new low, repulsive, revolting and beyond the pale.

Trump Campaign Statement on the video:

“Hillary Clinton and her campaign went to a disgusting new low today as they released a video tying the Trump Campaign with horrific racial images. This type of rhetoric and repulsive advertising is revolting and completely beyond the pale. I call on Hillary Clinton to disavow this video and her campaign for this sickening act that has no place in our world.”
