Scratching the Surface at Trump’s Intelligence Briefing

Republican Presidential nominee Donald Trump has received his first classified intelligence briefing.

FOX’s Rachel Sutherland reports from Washington:

Trump emerged from the briefing at an FBI field office in New York and left without speaking to reporters.

New Jersey Governor Chris Christie and Retired Lt. General Michael Flynn accompanied Trump to the meeting:

(Flynn) “The discussion that we had was very thorough. I will tell you we were only able to scratch the surface of the complexity of the threats that our country faces.”

Presidential nominees do not need to have a special security clearance for the briefings.
