NSA Hacked Again
Some of the most powerful espionage tools created by the National Security Agency’s elite group of hackers have been revealed in recent days.
FOX’s Jon Decker has more from the White House:
Files of hacking tools appeared mysteriously online over the weekend and former NSA personnel say that the files appear to be real and could undermine the security of major government and corporate networks both here and abroad.
The files contain tools for taking control of firewalls in order to control a network.
Some former NSA hackers, including Edward Snowden say they suspect Russian involvement in the release of the files, though no one has offered hard evidence.
The NSA has not commented on the file disclosure.
