Virginia Transgender Bathroom Ruling Blocked by SCOTUS

The Supreme Court makes a ruling regarding transgender bathrooms.

FOX’s Jon Decker has more from the White House:

The Supreme Court has temporarily blocked a court order that had allowed a transgender boy to use the boys’ bathroom in a Virginia high school.

The vote was five to three, with Justice Stephen Breyer joining the court’s more conservative members in order to preserve the status quo until the court decided whether to hear the case.

More than 20 states have challenged a directive from the Obama administration threatening schools with the loss of federal money for discrimination based on gender identity.
