Donald Trump's campaign manager weighs in on Ted Cruz's speech Wednesday night at the Republican National Convention in Cleveland.
FOX's Rachel Sutherland reports from Cleveland:
Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort says Cruz's speech actually enhanced efforts to unify the party:
(Manafort) "There are a number of Cruz delegates on the floor who disagree with what Senator Cruz did."
Manafort said Trump generously invited all the GOP candidates to speak at the convention, and said there were no conditions placed on what they would say. As for Trump stepping into the arena during Cruz's speech, Manafort claims the campaign was just trying to get Trump in place before his son Eric's speech.

Wow, Ted Cruz got booed off the stage, didn't honor the pledge! I saw his speech two hours early but let him speak anyway. No big deal!
