The U.S. joining its partners in the fight against ISIS to come up with a strategy to finish off the terror network.

FOX's Jill Nado is in Washington with that story:

Defense Secretary Ash Carter hosting more than 30 allied ministers of defense and other leaders of the counter-ISIL coalition here in Washington talking about the end game, to destroy ISIS.

He wouldn't go into much details about the plans they came up with, but Carter says:

(Carter) "I'm confident we made the plans and commitments to build on our momentum to and deliver ISIL the lasting defeat it deserves."

Carter also saying that the allies are indicating that they're willing to do much more in the fight against the terror network than they have in the past.
