The Search is On for Escaped Indiana Inmates

Police in Indiana are looking for inmates who escaped from jail over the weekend.

    FOX’s Jeff Monosso reports:

Staff at the Fayette County Jail performing a routine head count noticed Chadwick Heath and Michael Roberts missing Saturday. Then noticed two foot by two foot holes in each of their cells between interior and exterior walls.

    They were gone:

(Laughlin) There should be something in place there for that brick that was not in place when that building was constructed

Fayette County Sheriff Joey Laughlin says a stolen truck believed to be connected to the case was located later in Dayton, Ohio.

Heath was in jail on drug charges, Roberts on burglary and theft counts.

The Fayette County Sheriff’s department offering a $1000 cash reward for information that leads to the capture of the escaped inmates.
