At Arlington National Cemetery, a tribute from President Obama, marking new graves in the last year.

FOX's Jared Halpern has more from Washington:

President Obama's final Memorial Day address in office was a tribute to three Americans killed in combat fighting ISIS:

(President Obama) "A nation reveals itself not only by the people it produces, but by those who it remembers."

Master Sergent Josh Wheeler's widow and ten month old son were singled out by President Obama as she wiped away tears:

(President Obama) "Ashley says Josh's memory makes her think about how she can be a better citizen and she hopes it was others think about too."

Sgt. Wheeler, a Delta Force soldier, was killed in October during a hostage rescue operation.

Before his remarks, President Obama laid a wreath at the tomb of the Unknowns at Arlington National Cemetery.
