CIA Director Downplaying Suggestions that Saudi Arabia was Involved in 9/11 Attacks
The head of the CIA is downplaying suggestions that Saudi Arabia was connected to the 9/11 attacks.
FOX’s Rachel Sutherland reports from Washington:
CIA Director John Brennan says 28 classified pages held back from the 9/11 commission report contains unvetted information drawn from FBI files:
(Brennan) “To point to Saudi involvement which I think would be very very inaccurate.”
The Obama administration has said it plans to release at least some of the pages soon. Former Florida Senator Bob Graham, who was on the 9/11 commission, believes the 19 hijackers received support from officials in Saudi Arabia.
