Erin Andrews Wins $55 Million in Hotel Peephole Lawsuit

A verdict in, holding two hotels partially responsible for secret videos of sportscaster Erin Andrews.

Erin Andrews has been awarded $55 million for an invasion of her privacy.A Nashville jury deliberatedfor onlyone day.

During emotional testimony attrial, Andrews accused two hotel chainsof placing a stalker in the room next to hers, allowing him to filmher naked from asmall opening in a door.

Andrews says the result of the incident was depression and public humiliation.The former owner of one of the hotels, the Marriot at Vanderbilt, says the stalker, Michael David Barrett, should bear sole responsibility for the video shot back in 2008.
