Astronaut Scott Kelly Begins Life After Space

NASA astronaut Scott Kelly is talking with reporters, now that he’s back in Houston following his year-long mission in space.

    FOX’s Eben Brown reports:

Scott Kelly appears to be in good health, even though he’s spent 340-plus days aboard the International Space Station, in zero gravity.

He says he’s a bit sore among other things:

(Kelly) ”Also have an issue with my skin, because it hadn’t touched anything for so long, like any significant contact, it’s very, very sensitive, almost like a burning feeling whenever I sit or lay or walk.”

Kelly’s health is being closely watched, in hopes of learning the affects of long-duration space travel in preparation for a future trip to Mars.
