Woodstock 50? Co-Creator Says Plans are in the Works for Anniversary Festival

Are you ready for another Woodstock?

FOX’s Michele Pollino reports:

Michael Lang, co-creator of Woodstock, one of the most famous music festivals in history, is at it again with plans for a 50th anniversary Woodstock Music Festival.

The original took place in 1969 in Bethel, New York. There have been two other Woodstock anniversary festivals in the past, which ran into problems with rioting, fires, and police lines.

But Lang told the Poughkeepsie Journal the time is right now for not just a U.S. event, but one overseas as well.

There are no details yet on locations or bands.
