Insult to injury? The Cleveland family of a 12-year-old boy killed by police has received a bill from the city.

    FOX’s Tom Graham reports:

The city of Cleveland wants the family of Tamir Rice to cover the cost of the ambulance that responded after police officers fatally shot the child. A $500 claim has been filed.
