Florida Police Charge Man Who Threw an Alligator Through Drive-Thru Window

Police in Florida have finally found a man they say threw a live alligator through the window of a fast-food drive-thru.

    FOX’s Eben Brown reports:

Workers at a West Palm beach area Wendy’s were anything but amused last October when somebody tossed a three-foot-long live gator through the drive-thru, but the man now charged says it was only a joke:

(James) “He’s not a bad kid. He’s just a stupid kid, he did a stupid prank. He had no problem turning himself in.

Says his mother. 24-year-old Joshua James had a buddy working at that Wendy’s:

(James) “Well, how could you not think something like that is a prank?”

Police didn’t. They spent all this time investigating. James is now charged with assault with a deadly weapon.
